Whether what you agreed to gets done the way you agreed. Changing plans isn't a sin; saying so early is its own kind of reliable.

Word looks at what became of the things you said. Some people treat a promise like a nail. Once it's in, it doesn't move. Others treat it like a sticky note and rewrite it when things change. Whether it got done isn't the line. The line is whether you said so ahead of time, once you knew you couldn't. Scrambling to make it up at the last minute and calling early to reschedule are two different kinds of reliable. We only count the concrete things you told us: what you agreed to, by when, and what happened after.
